HAJDU Autotechnika Ipari Zrt. as a vehicle industry supplier, manufactures parts produced by metal fabrication - characteristically sheet metal fabrication, sheet metal formation as well as designs and produces manufacturing equipment.
The company offers a full range of services in order to meet the supplier requirements of the demanding automotive industry. Our tool design – optimizing simulation software and working on the basis of 2D plans and 3D models received from the client – plans the tools necessary for manufacturing, and we then produce them using our own tool manufacturing facilities.
Sheet metal formation and fabrication takes place in our parts manufacturing works, using the manufacturing means produced by our own tool manufacturing unit.
Our tool manufacturing activities also guarantee the security of the manufacturing of our products and our customers’ supply through a programme of regular, proactive maintenance of tools and the rapid and professional repair of faults as they occur.
Our clients include all players in the automotive industry, from global brand name car producers and the world’s leading automotive industry suppliers to smaller enterprises in the supplier chain. In addition to the automotive industry, our client profile also encompasses a number of internationally-recognized corporations active in other areas.
We design and produce the tools required for the manufacturing of products on the basis of plans or models, and ensure continuous supply of components to our customers. Product supply is guaranteed through our in-house proactive tool maintenance system.
