Specific cutting
Sheet metal raw materials supplied in rolls are cut to size using automatic, CNC-controlled cutting technology to give units of the correct dimensions for the sheet metal formation processes.
Our cutting machines are also capable - during the metalworking, metal formation - of performing punching, shearing and die-stamping operations. Our equipment can also cut roll sheet metal at angles other than 90 degrees, and fabricate double sheet products, with the spot-welding also carried out on the cutting line.
Flat sheets of metal are cut to size for sheet metal formation using hydraulic shears.
Width of sheet metal rolls for fabrication: 200-1000 mm, thickness of sheet: 0,3 - 2,5 mm, maximum dimensions in sheet form: 2x1000x2000 mm, maximum coil weight: 5 ton.
