Tool manufacturing
Our tool manufacturing and tool maintenance have all-round, mainly CNC-based processing technological capacities including shielding gas heat treatment.
We monitor the accuracy of manufactured tool parts by state-of-the-art Blue-LED light scanning, 3D measuring technology, thereby guaranteeing that only elements fully compliant with the plan/model are built in during the assembly of tools.
Technology available in-house for tool manufacturing:
- CNC wire electrical discharge machining; Working range, max.: 600 x 400 x 310 mm.
- Sinker electrical discharge machining; Working range, max.: 600 x 400 x 400 mm.
- 3D milling (also hard milling); Working range, max.: 2000 x 900 x 800 mm.
- Surface and cylindrical grinder; Working range, max.: 2500 x 700 x 600 mm.
- CNC machining, machining; Working range, max.: O750 x 1500 mm.
- Heat treatment, tempering (shielding gas); Weight limit, max.: 150 kg.
- Assembly; Weight limit, max.: 10 ton.
Tool Workshop
In-house tool manufacturing being one of the advantages of our company, our complex investments included the expansion of our tool manufacturing plant as well, which is now able to produce more complex tools for high-performance, state-of-the-art press equipment. Another advantage is that series production is supported by an on-site maintenance unit. This not only ensures a longer lifespan for the manufacturing equipment but makes switching and preparing for a new manufacturing series more efficient as well.
