Chemical surface treatment
The following process is typical for different types of welding of our products manufactured with sheet metal formation both for our own internal use and for use by our customers.
An essential requirement of welding technology is that the surfaces of the fabricated products for welding must be rendered free of grease and oil. In order to achieve this we have a closed, tunnel-system spray washer, which also dries the products after they have been degreased.
Our technology is environmentally friendly, as it uses water-based agents in a closed system.
The professional management and disposal of all liquid waste (washing fluids) is handled within the corporate group.
