Quality policy
HAJDU Autotechnika Ipari Zrt. aims to constantly develop its corporate culture and skills, and as a means of achieving this goal it operates IATF 16949 and (for other operations that do not fall under this standard) ISO 9001 certified quality assurance systems.
At the centre of our operations lies the identification of customer requirements, and fulfilling them as flexibly and comprehensively as possible, with a constant focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. We continuously develop our processes and systems - commensurately with the resources at our disposal - based on our partners' requirements and feedback, legislative changes and our own periodic reviews.
We employ quality-conscious managers and specialists who are capable of applying the latest professional skills and working closely as a team, possess excellent foreign language skills and a high degree of initiative, and the ability to successfully coordinate and manage the work of the employees under their supervision.
We always harmonize our organization, operations and development projects with the company's key processes. During the planning phase we pay special attention to the opinions, experience and initiatives of our employees, for decision-making we rely on the information generated by the operation of systems, and in the course of implementation our commitment to sustainable development is asserted through the application of modern quality management principles and techniques.
Focus on quality
Our company is dedicated to maintaining the high quality standards that are customary in the industry, and which are demanded by our customers. We continuously develop the skills of our employees, and reinforce their commitment to quality, by holding regular and targeted training courses. In the course of developing our processes we regularly analyse customer feedback and performance indicators, for use as our primary source of information.
To ensure fulfilment of our objectives we operate quality assurance systems that conform to IATF 16949 in the case of automotive industry manufacturing activities, and to ISO 9001 for the design, production and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to which automotive industry certification standards do not apply. These systems are audited and certified by an independent certification company.

Measurement system
To ensure compliance with the high quality standards demanded by the automotive industry, we have developed a fully comprehensive system for the monitoring of manufactured products.
When procuring measurement devices - owing to their high level of accuracy and consistency of readout - we prefer digital measurement instruments.
In order to achieve rapid, simple and accurate controls in the course of manufacturing – where feasible and effective, and alongside universal measurement instruments – we have systemized the widespread use of monitoring gauges.
We endeavour to implement integrated solutions, and use measuring systems, camera-controlled automatic monitoring and measurement equipment to improve the speed and accuracy of our measuring activities.
3D measurement techniques are applied as a matter of routine alongside the use of ‘traditional’ tactile measurement instrument and state-of-the-art Blue-LED light scanners.
