Integrated quality and environmental management system
Modern management systems have a key role to play in, and are comprehensively deployed in the course of our endeavours to achieve corporate goals and perform our complex activities to the appropriate standard. Their strengths include the management methods they employ (especially strategic, change, project and quality management), and the fact that they ensure the high-level implementation and continuous development of quality assurance techniques and methodologies that contribute greatly to boosting profitability.
In the course of its operations the company benefits from the routine application of quality assurance techniques and methods, and from the information provided by the standardized, certified and integrated (incorporating IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system elements) quality and environmental management (ITQEM) system developed and operated by our team of specialists.
The work is performed in conformity with the latest quality management principles, and with a commitment to ensuring continuous improvement, the rational utilization of the environment and resources, and to achieving material and energy efficiency.
Our company was elected as a member of the National Quality Club in recognition of its outstanding work to improve quality.
We are an active member (in several cases founder) of several other national organizations that promote the development of quality standards (MMT, ISO 9000 Forum).
In addition, several of our colleagues – as individual members – assist in organizations that play a significant role in the promotion of a culture of quality, for instance, the Forum of Quality Managers, the Lean Forum, GTE etc.
