For the HAJDU Group, it is important to provide a stable foundation for all employees, even in today’s challenging environment. Recently, the company’s leadership decided to offer extraordinary utility support to its staff.
HAJDU Helps Employees with Additional Benefits
Anna Dedéné Novotni, Vice President of the HAJDU Group, stated: “Rising raw material and energy costs are a significant burden for the group as well. However, even in such an environment, we strive to ensure our employees’ livelihoods and help ease family expenses amid the current inflationary pressures.”
In response to increasing household utility costs, HAJDU will provide employees with a fixed-amount, extra benefit for three months during the winter season to support their financial security. This totals HUF 90,000 gross per employee as a so-called utility support.
Rising inflation and continuously increasing consumer prices also create additional expenses for families. Over the past year, HAJDU implemented significant salary increases, with double-digit growth, providing further assistance to employees during this challenging period.
In recent years, both the group and its employees had to cope with the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, these difficult times are not yet over. The pandemic continues to have an impact, and the nearby war presents additional challenges.
“As a responsible employer, we continuously monitor external conditions and, within our capabilities, support our employees, thereby contributing to the livelihoods of approximately 750 families,” summarized Anna Dedéné Novotni.
