The HAJDU Group’s subsidiaries kicked off the year on a strong note. While the pandemic caused fluctuations last year—particularly at the automotive company—the first half of 2021 shows very positive results.

HAJDU Hajdúsági Ipari Zrt. generated over HUF 5 billion in revenue during the first five months of the year, exceeding the previous year’s figures by 30% and the year-to-date plan by nearly 25%. The company, which manufactures building engineering products, faced no market losses in the previous year; in fact, demand for HAJDU products increased in both domestic and export markets. Furthermore, government initiatives supporting families, such as the Home Renovation Program, combined with the ongoing “construction boom,” are expected to further strengthen the domestic market.

HAJDU Autotechnika Zrt. entered the new year with ambitious plans, targeting an intense 60% growth. Following last year’s downturn in the automotive sector, the company is now experiencing dynamic growth, supported by first five-month figures. During this period, they recorded HUF 3.2 billion in revenue, putting them well on track to meet their targets—a roughly 1.5-fold increase compared to the previous year. The company is optimistic about the future, having secured numerous new projects from both existing and new partners, and, in line with their strategic goals, initiated a reorganization within their customer base.
